RECAP: VALENTINE'S DAY
Where Lovers Meet. Valentine's Day at Paddo this year was for everyone. We welcomed guests for either intimate, romantic dining experiences or fun filled larger group bookings with the gang.
RECAP: BUSHFIRE RELIEF HOUR
We ran a Bushfire Relief Hour on Friday 17th January, with proceeds from ALL food & drinks sold between 5-7pm being donated directly towards the bushfire appeal. We are pleased to announce that collectively the Solotel Group donated $550,000 to Rural Fire Services of NSW.

We turned red, white and blue and played the 54th Super Bowl LIVE & LOUD direct from Miami. Plus we partnered with BUDWEISER to bring our sports fan's buckets of bud and had plenty of food specials to give them the ULTIMATE Super Bowl experience.

The first long weekend of the year was a big one! We had DJs, Triple J's Hottest 100 Countdown, good food, delicious drinks - and of course, it was all shared with friends. Join us for the next one.

A ritual that marks the end of the week in the best way possible. We helped our guests squeeze that last little bit of juice out of the weekend. Each Sunday we had DJs, PLUS 4 Pines and Spritz specials.

The best street festival in Sydney returned and we joined with our friends at Hendrick's to create our Paddo (G)inn stall. A fun-filled day full of delicious food, shopping, live entertainment, Hendrick's cocktails and a bath tub bar?!!
RECAP: HENDRICKS MIDSUMMER SOLSTICE 2019
We partnered with Hendrick’s to transform everyone's favourite Paddington pub, celebrating the launch of Midsummer Solstice. Complete with a deeply floral makeover by Dr Lisa Cooper and lots of Hendrick's cocktails.
RECAP: WE TURNED PINK
We turned PINK for the Domain Pink Test and celebrated the incredible work of the McGrath Foundation We played the match LIVE & LOUD, hosted a PADDO PINK Long Lunch and served our very own PADDO PINK Spritz.

Our dining room was transformed to host five open panel discussions led and hosted by experts in their field. Topics included: Finding the balance, Passion Projects, Sustainability In Fashion, Female Entrepreneurs & Female Artisans. Stay tuned for our next series coming 2020.

What a great day! We celebrated Melbourne Cup in style with a delicious 3-course lunch menu by Head Chef Mark Holland, best dressed and lucky door prizes plus we played the big race live & loud!
RECAP: EOFY + CHRISTMAS IN JULY 2019
We celebrated EOFY with a BANG and served complimentary Chandon on arrival. We also threw our Christmas in July party that included our mouthwatering Sunday Roast Turkey by Head Chef Mark Holland. It was so popular that we sold out.

Valentine's Day at Paddo was 🖤 There were no set menus, just the usual Summer offering with specials designed to share. Plus $2 oysters and Veuve Clicquot available for $18 per flute and $110 per bottle. Love was in the air!

Anzac Day at Paddo Inn is always one to remember! We had big 2UP ring which took over the dining room, DJ's until late, Aussie food specials and donations to Legacy. See you next year!

We loved spoiling all the mums this Mother's Day at Paddo Inn! Guests could order whatever they wished for from our Autumn a la carte menu plus there were $2 oysters all day long! To finish off, all mums were gifted homemade chocolate truffles ❤️

On Saturday 20th September we celebrated the best street festival in Sydney - William Street Festival! We served hundreds of mini Yorkshire puddings plus some tasty chargrilled octopus. There were DJs all afternoon, St Germain cocktail, beers, rose and more. We’re already counting down for WSF 2019!
