Time to gather your gin-loving gang and show your support for Australian gin and distilleries, 'cause Paddo Inn’s Australian Gin Week is back again this year.


For one whole week, we will be showcasing five of our favourite local Australian gin distilleries.


Take your taste buds on a journey through our bespoke cocktail list, or create the perfect G&T with your choice of gin, tonic and garnish. Plus enjoy tailored tastings, and an exclusive gin masterclass experience from one of the distilleries.


Each day we will be highlighting a different Australian gin distillery. See below for details on what you can expect each day of the week.

Monday: Australian Distilling Co.

Kicking the week off we have Australian Distilling Co., whose founding vision is centered on creating a portfolio of world class spirits that celebrate and connect with the uniquely Australian way of life.

Tuesday: Seven Seasons

Founded by proud Larrakia man Daniel Motlop, Seven Seasons works hand in hand with the custodians of the Darwin region - the Larrakia people - to sustainably wild harvest the native ingredients used in their products.


Enjoy their unique Bush Apple Gin and Green Ant Gin as we serve up double G&Ts for singles prices all day long.

Wednesday: Never Never Distilling Co.

Never afraid to cause a stir, Never Never gin is recommended and celebrated by bartenders the world over for its bold flavour concentration and cocktail versatility.


Indulge in the Never Never range of gins with a self-guided tasting mat experience, featuring three tasty gins with selected pairings.

Thursday: Hickson House Distilling Co.

Distilled in the shadow of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Hickson House Distilling Co. uses traditional botanicals and native ingredients to create a range of perfectly balanced contemporary Australian gins.


Join in on a fun, hands-on, and laid-back gin masterclass led by one of Australia’s leading gin experts. Challenge your sensory skills and try your hand at blending (and tasting) your very own gin. Friday: Young Henrys

Established in 2012 in the back streets of Newtown, Young Henrys is a group of passionate brewers, beer lovers, distillers, musicians and artists, united for the love of good beer, gin and whisky.


The Friday vibes will be high as we celebrate their Noble Cut Australian Gin, plus a brand new, limited release gin, still to be announced! Come in and give it a try while you can.
